Dog Training Information

Tired of your dog running your house, jumping on guests, digging, chewing, barking? Learn how you can have a well behaved dog. All lessons are private in your home. I come to you and cater a program that is geared toward you and your dog.
If you would just like some basic help or need, some questions answered or would like a consultation you may sign up for 1 session ($40.00 per session)

Basic Obedience 4 sessions $150.00

If you would like to learn how to train your dog, basic obedience skills are introduced, including walking on a loose leash, attention, sit-stay, down-stay, and come when called. We also offer advise on Potty training and other problems. Develop a relationship with your dog. Learn Team Building, proper corrective measures, including when and how to reward your dog. Become a pack leader.

If you would like advanced work, Donna is also a certified CGC evaluator.

The AKC's Canine Good Citizen® (CGC) Program Sponsored by K9 Advantix®. Started in 1989, CGC is a certification program that is designed to reward dogs who have good manners at home and in the community. The Canine Good Citizen Program is a two-part program that stresses responsible pet ownership for owners and basic good manners for dogs. All dogs who pass the 10-step CGC test may receive a certificate from the American Kennel Club.
CGC Classes are for dogs who know basic obedience skills. You may sign up for private sessions for basic instruction and then move on to a CGC Prep Class.
CGC prep class is a 5 week class. The first four sessions are designed to prepare the dog to pass the cgc test. The 5th week is testing. The dog will learn what is expected to pass the CGC test. Course is $150.00 including the testing fees. The following is what is expected to earn a CGC certificate
